Buying & cancellations

Choose your server before paying

Each purchase applies to the BDM1, BDM2 or BDM3 server selected at checkout. Sign in and verify your Discord account and its Kaos-linked player for that server. Review the product, amount, server and player before continuing to payment.

Receiving your purchase

After the payment provider confirms payment, the new store processes delivery for your selected server. Check My purchases for payment and delivery status, then use the product’s in-game claim phrase. A command being sent is not the same as confirming that you received the item.

If something is missing, contact Discord support with your order reference, server and game name. Never post payment keys, passwords or full card details.

One-time, lifetime and subscription products

One-time products do not renew. Lifetime products do not create recurring payments; their benefits and cooldowns are described on the product card. Subscription products renew at the price and interval shown at checkout until automatic renewal is stopped.

Use Stop automatic renewal on the new store’s purchase page to stop future subscription charges. Paid access continues through the current paid period; cancellation does not itself refund earlier payments. Access can end after the paid period expires. The new store’s cancellation control does not cancel a Tip4Serv subscription.

Existing shop subscriptions

Existing Tip4Serv subscriptions remain managed by the old shop. If a new purchase could conflict with existing access, checkout may hold it for review. Contact support rather than buying the same access again on another account.

Payment and delivery help

There is no customer self-service refund button. Contact BDM3X support about incorrect charges or delivery problems. Do not submit another payment while an existing payment or delivery is still being checked.

Payment methods currently offered are shown at checkout. This store is not affiliated with Facepunch Studios.
