Information used by the store

The store uses your sign-in identifier, Discord account ID and username, linked game name, selected server, basket, purchase and subscription records, payment references, and delivery status. These connect a payment to the correct player and server and help resolve delivery problems.

Discord sign-in requests your account identity, not access to your private messages or email. Kaos linking checks verify which game account is associated with your Discord account.

Payments and delivery services

Payments are handled by the provider shown at checkout, such as Stripe or PayPal. The store keeps payment identifiers and status information; it does not collect your full card number in its own checkout form.

Discord and Kaos receive the player and delivery-command information needed to fulfil purchases. The store also checks existing Tip4Serv purchase information to avoid conflicting access. The new checkout does not cancel old subscriptions.

The website and its records are hosted through Sites infrastructure. Payment providers, Discord and Kaos also process information under their own privacy notices.

Browser storage and records

Your browser stores basket and checkout-session references to maintain checkout state and help prevent duplicate purchases. Purchase, subscription and delivery records are retained for operation of the store, renewals, support and payment reconciliation.

To ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion, contact Discord support. Some transaction records may need to remain for payment and accounting requirements; support can explain what can be removed.
