    Support, server info and account linking all live at discord.gg/bdm3x.

    Link with Kaos bot

    Run /link in Discord. You must be linked to Kaos in your selected server’s Discord before you can buy.

    Pick your server & pay

    Choose BDM1, BDM2 or BDM3 before adding a product, then confirm your choice at checkout. Checkout shows which payment methods are available. Your linked player and selected server are checked before payment.

    Every kit has a claim phrase. Say it in server chat and it lands in your inventory.

How do I get my items after paying?

Make sure you've linked with the Kaos bot using /link in Discord. Then join the server you bought for and type the kit's claim phrase in chat. Check your purchase status before claiming. If delivery is delayed, contact Discord support with your order reference and selected server.

What's a claim phrase?

Each kit listens for its own line in server chat, like here take this or I have low grade. You'll find the phrase on every product card. Tap it to copy.

Subscription, one-time or lifetime: what's the difference?

One-time kits are claimed once. Subscriptions unlock a kit on a cooldown for a set period (for example every 12h for 3 days) and renew automatically. Lifetime kits keep refilling on their cooldown for as long as you play the server.

My kit is on cooldown. Can I claim sooner?

Yes. Skip Cooldown ($7) resets the wait time on any kit so you can claim again right away.

Which server should I choose?

The one you actually play on. BDM3 runs Solo through Quad, BDM2 is Duo and BDM1 is Trio. Items are delivered only to the server you pick.

Can I get a refund?

Customers cannot issue refunds through this store. Refund controls are available only to the store owner. Stopping a subscription prevents future renewals and does not refund previous payments.
